Olive skirt by Old Navy, 100% cotton. Tagged a size 2, but I'm thinking this is plus sizes. The waist is about 35" unstretched, so it requires at least 36" waist or more to fit. Not quite ankle length. All the seams are reversed and stitched on the outside.
