150 count Perm Rods small and xtra small. Most all of them are new, i used a few on a manequin head once but that was it. There is one unopened package of 10 and the rest i put in a ziplock baggie. Some are small some are xtra small and some are like really really xtra small. There are 150 of them!!!!
