New without tags (still has the plastic loop, but no paper tags). Size XS, straps criss-cross in the back, gathered bodice at v-neck. Back of bodice is stretchy. Moose logo on skirt. 100% cotton. I have this same dress style in vertical stripes and it is very flattering and casual chic.
