I made this for myself but it was too long for my 5'4" frame, and i didn;t want to alter it. So you need to be taller than that or be able to hem it up yourself. There is SO MUCH fabric here that I step on it when I walk. Like 5 yards of fabric. Tie Dye Chiffon material with built-in Slip.
