Really pretty brown halter by 'Heart Soul' Ties at back of the neck, pretty beaded detailing has a small snagged thread with beads still attached (see last photo), could either be cut off or resown into the design. Ties in back as well (see photos). Says size XL, but could also fit a L it ties at the neck and in the back. 100% silky polyester.
