FABULOUS! Straps tie behind neck. Light padding at bust. Fabric has slight stretch for flattering fit. Beautiful print. Fitted to waist. Skirt is A-line with a peekaboo black tulle at hem. Worn once to a fabulous party where I won a prize. I hope this dress brings you luck too! This doesn't have to go, but I'm not sure when it will fit me again, so I may part with it for the right trade...
