Absolutely adorable piece! Tulle brand with tags still attached. The fabric is 60% cotton, 40% silk. Very soft and quality fabric. Cute pockets and bow design. Should fit slightly higher on the waist and come to mid-thigh for us taller ladies or just above the knee if you're petite. I adore this, but it would need an alteration for me to wear it, and I just don't have the time, sadly.
