So this is kind of a funny story. I didn't get this to make my boobs grow (they're a small D) but to help with menstrual cramps - some of the herbs in it (Damiana, Dong Quai, and Wild Yam for example) help balance your hormones which helps with cramps. I took two a day for a week before my period for a couple months and it did seem to help with the cramps, but I found another supplement that worked better for those. So this is a mostly full bottle of Grobust up for swap - there's 160 capsules left out of the original 180. I don't know if it helps your bust grow (although there's good reviews for that online) but it does help balance your hormones. For bust growth they recommend 6 capsules a day, rather than the very small amount I took. I purchased this new last year -expiration date 07/15.
