HORRIBLE REHASHER All around lied said heels were in VERY GOOD CONDITION the last time I checked very good condition doesn't have heels worn down until you can see the metal, major scuffs, knicks in the actual shoe, the bottoms has scuffs and mud.

I contacted her and told her that her heels were destroyed. She told me "that everyone does it and I should suck it up because it was free. That items that aren't as described has happened to everyone at one point BUT no one else complains about it.
