The Counselling2Wellness Team has a wide range of experience, skills and knowledge including providing individual marital and family therapy, facilitating groups, and conducting psychological assessments with individuals experiencing mental health concerns. Our team work with all age groups (children, pre-teen, teenagers, young adults, and adults) experiencing mental health concerns. We use a multitude of therapy approaches including: cognitive behavioural, drama and play based, dialectical behavioural, emotion-focused, gottman couples’ counselling, sensorimotor, EMDR, trauma-informed, mindfulness based, psychodynamic and solution-focused.
