We have received many complaints about fellow rehasher, [Kaylah]. Upon discussing, we have decided to attempt to prohibit instigation of swaps by deleting her rehashes, until she has caught up on her ongoing swaps.

Please use this thread, not to bash or share stories of the experience, as we have numerous threads stating such, but just as a â?¦ roll call, if you will, of the people who are owed items from Kayla.

If you feel the need to list out the items you are owed, feel free to do so, to give Kayla a fair reminder.

You can only sell an item if you clearly state a trading option. Katie is a good and honest person who would not break those rules. Not to mention the fact that your only priority is to ship to people Kayla owes items to. Not to be giving items while asking for shipping money. All of those free items should be going to people who Kayla owed items to and still owes items to as an apology.

& Katie: you sold my daughter several items. I see you’re still trading. If your chosen as an admin at least be fair.

Seeing as how the information is now on the FRONT page of the trading post, I think everyone has been brought up to speed. And I have been MORE than fair with you. You can have your personal opinion about me, but don’t ever accuse me of not being fair.

While I feel as though defending myself on this site is a little idiotic, I suppose it appeals to my human nature; that transaction was made more than 6 months ago, I believe it was actually closer to a year ago, but I’m not counting sticks. That transaction was made after countless messages from your daughter basically begging me to buy the items because she wanted them so badly, and didn’t have anything on her rehash list that I could use. I agreed to the idea because at the time, I was unaware that it was against Rehash terms of service. On that note, you’re absolutely correct, that I did violate the policy. However, the selling policy was definitely not something that the Rehash community was aware of by no fault of anyone, just a simple oversight on all of our parts.

Since having a chance to sit down and actually read and digest the lengthy Terms of Service, it’s been made highly public both on the home page and throughout countless forum posts, stickies and messages to other members regarding the policy. I am positive that most are completely aware of this policy and most of us admin folk have implemented it in as kind and caring way as we can.

However, you were well aware that coming on to this site that your actions would be closely monitored due to your daughter’s previous misadventures, so while I could understand someone who was fairly new at the game could make this mistake, I highly doubt this was knowledge that you didn’t possess and chose to ignore.
