I’ve recently come to the conclusion that there are more people that do not check the forums on the site than those who do. With that being said, I understand that I’ve probably deleted hundreds of postings that say “moving soon”, “swaplifter!”, “Leaving Rehash”, etc. However, I think that important messages that need to be sent to the entire community would be appropriate to post on the trading post, so the majority of users have the chance to actually see the information. These types of postings would be minimal, but would warrant the post if they were truly imperative for the community. Recently, there was a return swaplifting offender who was establishing new trades with members even after she had been warned several times not to engage in any trading. I posted a rehash identifying the user and getting the message out to potential victims to protect those who didn’t regularly read the forums. Please, please, please let me know if this is something that you guys have an issue with, and we can re-evaluate how we get important info out there. JACKSONVILLE, FL |
