There seems to be an influx of several banned members lately creating numerous profiles in attempts to begin trading again, even though they have been permanently banned. Please note that these members were banned for a REASON, and most of the time, it is for SEVERAL REASONS. I feel that I need to bring it up in the forums because I’m noticing continued trades with these people regardless of what we’ve done to protect you, as the trader, from deception. Please take our warnings very seriously! If a trade with a banned member goes poorly, we will NOT help you out… and I can almost guarantee you it WILL go wrong. These members have a history of violations, swaplifting, lying and misrepresentation. One particular banned member who just recently attempted to return has absolutely NO regard for any rules here on Rehash and feels she can do whatever she wants. Do you want to trade with this person? Apparantely some do, and have.

Another issue I’m seeing a problem with lately is in the pictures department. Ladies, please, I understand that photos are a great way to advertise your item for swap, but let’s keep it tasteful. I’ve deleted several listings that included people in their underwear to display a necklace. WTH? Keep it tasteful and remember that this website is public, which means anyone at any time can access it, including children. Any photos that would be deemed inappropriate for public viewing will be deleted. Let’s keep rehash classy people.
