Hey, general question here…my cousin and I both have PSVT and it’s apparently not rare to have, so I was wondering if anyone on here or their family had it. Basically, it’s like intense heart flutters. It can lead to heart attacks (my cousin just had one this weekend), and is in some cases serious. You know how your heart skips a beat sometimes? Imagine that all the time, and then your heart spazzing out to make up for that lost beat. And when you’re sitting up, laying down, whatever, you can actually see your chest moving when your heart beats. Some people don’t have as intense symptoms, but that’s what my cousin and I have, and I was wondering how common this really is. Any feedback would be appreciated. Fort Worth, Tx |

By medical standards this is not uncommon, especially in people who use illicit drugs. It’s usually not that big a deal but can be seriously escalated in people who are generally unintelligent about their health (i.e. drug users, binge drinkers, etc). |
