I figure since most of the drama on Rehash has calmed down, that I would bring in a little fun. I want to start a little contest, ending on the 30th of June, for everyone to post photos of their closet. Now, don’t just post pics of a huge mess. The contest is to find the most organized closet on Rehash.

I got the idea, because I spent about 13 hours today (I wanted a fresh wardrobe after moving) doing laundry, and even though I was super exhausted, I still took a longggg time organizing them by color, theme, etc. I kind of wanna see if there is anyone out there that is as anal retentive as I am.

So, go home, organize your closets (this will probably make your significant other or parents happy), and take some pics, post them here, and I’ll pick the best one!

The GRAND prize will be a medium flat rate box shipped to you, full of awesome clothes, cosmetics, and/or shoes, depending on your style.

Anyone who wants to participate, post photos up before the 30th! It’ll be worth it, and you should probably organize your closet anyway! :P

I’ll post a photo of my clothes that I laundered today, to get it started. Don’t hate, I am putting them in the closet tomorrow! :)

Ok, you’re asking someone who’s EXTREMELY OCD to upload pics of my closet? HAHAHAHAHA Honey, I have issues. Everything must be separated by color, sleeve length, shade of color, pattern and material. And my jeans have to be folded a certain way along with my tees. Basically, el hubz is not allowed to do laundry, and he’s totally ok with that ;) ;) ;-)

Welcome to my closet >:-D my favorite :heart: color is purple but im not sure if you can tell lol My clothes is color coded and within the color it is also sorted whether it is be worn in school or to go out plus the shading of the color is sorted within that (im not sure if that made sense? lol). now my heels are organized by the heel length then sandals going downward then my shoes on the left side I have all my bags on my storage boxes then in the left side i have my jewelry organized in each drawer, i have my earrings in the first, bracelets in the second and necklaces in the third now on the right side of my storage box i have arts and craft stuff, and everything in there is organized into baggies like shown on top of my clothes i have my Quinceanera memories organized on top. I also make bows and headbands so that is my other storage box. I have this Pet Peeve that everything needs to be organized to full extent I HOPE I WIN THIS, I DO BELIEVE THAT I AM VERY ORGANIZED :) ;) >:-D :-D

I needed this! I used to color code my closet but I lost it and now I have it back! :-) These are my t-shirts organized by color, short sleeve first and long sleeve second. These are placed first because I have a lot of sporting events now and I wear those a lot, and after that is my more casual fitted shirts to dressy shirts all arranged by color and sleeve length. I forgot to mention tank tops are first before the t-shirts then after my dressy shirts are my cardigans and jackets. Probably doesn’t seem like the most organized to other people but it works for me! ;-) Thanks for this!

Like Katie said, I am also extremely OCD. I clean my closet and bedroom constantly and I’ve done my own laundry since I was 10 because it just has to be done a certain way. So here is my closet overall. ”/>

Closer up you can see that the colors are organized very specifically. White, grey, black, then the whole ROY G BIV rainbow scheme. Within that they are classified by sleeve length, occasion, material, and shade. :) ”/> ”/> On the top shelf I have purses in two baskets they are organized by color, type, and brand: ”/> Shoes are on the side in a cubby-hole type shoe organizer with shoe boxes on the top. Shoes are organized by color & occasion. ”/> Oh! I have all of my pants hanging in the pink thing you see on the far left of the first photo. The top hole is sweat pants, oragnized by color. Then the next three holes are jeans, the first being distressed jeans, and the second two being organized by color. Then the second hole from the bottom has dress slacks organized by color. And finally the bottom hole has capris and misc pants/bottoms. ”/> I forgot to get a close up, but I also have jewelry in the bottom in my jewelry box and my cake-stand record jewelry holder, which of course, are both organized by type, color, and occasion. Last but not least: The guardian of the closet. Gotta keep away the monsters and coach purse thieves! ”/> Oh how I love my closet. :heart:
