Why do items that I’ve already traded sometimes pop back up in my active rehash list? I can’t figure this out but it’s happened a few times and I’ve had to delete those listings which then deletes the details of it from the completed trade. Similarly the item I traded for shows back up in my watchlist even though I’ve already traded it. Can anyone shed some light on this? Also while I’m here, I want to run another question by some more seasoned traders as I’m pretty new here. What do you do if someone claims they didn’t get your item but delivery confirmation shows that it was delivered there? I’m a little perturbed with one situation I’m in as I think this girl can’t keep track of what trades belong to who. She claimed it was taking ages for that item to arrive when I put it in the mail 4 days after we set up the trade and it says it was delivered two days after that! |

For the delivery/recieving problems, I’d get in touch with one of the admins. As for rehashes popping back up, some people mark traded on them so that if they pop back up, others know. It’s annoying, but I don’t know if anyone has found a way to fix it. Jefferson, Georgia |

If the delivery confirmation shows that it has arrived, you can double check that the address was correct when it was sent. If the address matches the one the trader gave you, then the trader is responsible for tracking it down on their end. If the DC states clearly that the item was delivered, the trader is still responsible for sending their end or finding your end and returning it. I know that there are pros and cons to this. The cons are that it could have been stolen from their mail, but this is not the sending traders responsibility. The pros are that this is a no-lose situation for the sending trader, as you have done everything on your end to ensure proper delivery and confirmation of that delivery. I know that sometimes things can happen to packages, but my MIL is a mail carrier and the package isn’t scanned as delivered until it’s actually put in the mailbox or left at the door. The best thing to do for a trader who claims they’ve never received is to contact their post office (using their postal code) and confirm delivery with their mail carrier directly. At that point, you can then contact the trader to let them know you’ve done just that, and it is now the receiving trader’s responsibility to figure out what happened to the package. They are still required to send their end if the DC shows delivered. JACKSONVILLE, FL |

Thank you! I was wondering why some listings said traded on them! And I’ve just gotten karma from the other trade so it looks like my package did get there-good information to have though. |
