I’m considering buying a zumba dance (or any dance) game for the wii to use as a little work out. Ive heard wii fit games are pretty good, too. Just wondering if anybody has used a wii for working out and if it works? :)

I used to work out all the time on my Wii fit, then just got too busy to do it. I really enjoyed it while I did, but found myself getting bored with the same routines day in and day out. I’d say if you want to use it as your primary source of exercise, I’d invest in a few different games for it so you don’t get bored. :-D

You can rent WII games at Red Box. If you want to try it before you buy it. I would like to try the Zumba sometime, too. Too lazy to make it to Red Box tho.

Love love love wii fit, but since I work out in more intensive ways, wii fit is more for fun. You definitely can work up a sweat with it thouhg!
