My mother got this at a yard sale and I told her you ladies would be able help me figure out if it was authentic or not =D.
Bigger Images: Image 1 Image 2 Image 3 Image 4 Image 5 The label reads: “This is a Coach bag. It was handcrafted in the United States of completely natural clove-tanned cowhide. The variations in the grain are characteristics of natural full grain leather 1941.” Then below that is says “No. 81” |

The authenticity tag is supposed to have 4 or 5 numbers, then a dash and 4 or 5 other numbers. Yours just said No. 81. Also, the lining looks off in the last picture (Image 5). I’m not an expert, but I would say it’s probably fake. It’s still a nice find. I paid $40 for a Juicy Couture replica (knowing it was a replica). It’s better than paying $200+ for the real thing, imo. |
