Hi Ladies, I have recently been asked by a few of you how I have lost so much weight. I posted this a while back and I just want to let everyone know how I did it. I started taking these amazing appetite suppressant pills called Voyager 3. In total I lost 30lbs and am at my ideal weight. I have since quit taking them but every few weeks I may take one to keep me on track. I have yet to gain not a single pound back on. How long did it take you to lose the 30 lbs? Did you do any dieting and exercising along with the pill regimen?

It took me about 3 months so averaging about 10lbs a month. I did not change my exercise routine at all. *my routine is not extreme at all either. I am pretty moderate about exercising but I do not sit on the couch all day either. Basically nothing changed other than taking the one pill a day and eating less. :heart:
