Noooo, you’re obviously prone to exaggeration. I apologized that there was fur on the loofah. BUT, i notice how you conveniently left out the fact that i sent you EIGHT seperate rehashes, and am waiting for 2 shirts from you. You’re either lying here or you lied to me, you said you threw out the loofahs and such, so that would be 1/8 of your stuff, not “half the items i traded for.” I apologized, and you were downright rude and ungrateful. Would you like me to post our conversations on here so people can see what you REALLY said? That you weren’t going to send my stuff unless i sent you something else, too? Give me a break, sweetheart. i DEFINITELY feel the need to defend myself. You played it off like i did something intentionally, and/or that “half” your stuff was trash. If you want honest advice from people, give them the facts. By just saying what you did, you’re basically going to get, “well, she’s a bad rehasher, screw her.” When there’s a lot more to the story that a furry loofah. (Which again, i had apologized for, i obviously didn’t realize that it was there or i wouldn’t have sent it.) This is the internet. This is a place to recycle clothing and items. So if you’re expecting things to be brand new in the package, this may not be the best venue for you. There is risk involved. I’ve received things here that had holes or smelled of cigarette smoke. I haven’t complained because all it took was a little cleaning or something. When swapping used items, there’s bound to be snafus. Does that mean we should recant on our deals? No. Not unless something was obviously and intentionally amiss. I’m sorry you feel attacked, but i felt that way as well. North Adams, MA |

No, i didn’t tell you to basically fly a kite. First off, how would i know you’re allergic to animal hair? I’m not psychic… if this is a real issue for you, you should make sure that information is listed. There is a VERY big difference between “i was grossed out” and “i’m allergic.” You offered to ship the items back to me after you said you’d thrown them away. No thanks. This is from your email: “the items i threw out were the scrubbers and such. the packaged products i washed off. i threw out the others cause the hair was all in the loofa. it was actually the set you listed as bunch of bath items #1 it?s up to you i can ship that part back to you and i can keep my items or if you would like to just ship me an additional item. it?s up to you what we do from here.” You gave me the option of you sending me items you said were already in the trash, and you keeping the rest of the items i sent as well as your items, OR, i could send you something else. I sent you enough. At this point, i really don’t care either way. Keep the shirts if this is that much of an issue. I have much bigger priorities that this silly stuff. kthxbai. North Adams, MA |

Rachel, I understand your point, however seeing as Heather did apologize and you received 8 items, there really is no reason why you shouldn’t send your items. There was no apparent malice since Heather has a good reputation and you received the items you asked for, albeit one wasn’t in the purest condition you were hoping for. The loofah situation, while unfortunate, isn’t really so absurd. After all you are receiving a used item; an item used to scrub dead skin cells off your body. Also, it doesn’t seem like Heather threatened you. If trader 1 sends their items to trader 2 and trader 2 doesn’t send theirs, trader 1 is within full rights to give negative feedback to trader 2. That’s essentially how the system works. Miami, FL |

not that i really believe in the whole allergy excuse in the first place… but i would like to add that you are not allergic to animal hair. no one is allergic to animal hair. what people are allergic to is dander, which is the skin flakes from the animal, or the dried saliva from them cleaning themselves so good news! you could actually use the loofah, animal hair and all, and will not die. |

Not trying to rile things back up. Just noticed that all of your other posts with the exception of this last one have been edited down to nothing. I find that interesting. North Adams, MA |
