Some users have expressed concern that we are not doing enough to stop swaplifters. Technically we are not obligated to take any action against swaplifters since it is stated in the Terms of Service (which you agree to when signing up) that Rehash Clothes is not responsible or liable for any loss associated with the use of the website. We do as much as we can, as admins, to help. But also remember that we can not help you if you do not ask us directly for help. What We Can Do -Message the user through rehash. -E-mail them. -Reach them through social media. When these fail we then, -Remove their rehashes -Suspend their trading -Inform other users through the forums/forest -Direct users to file mail fraud What We Can Not Do -Force them to do anything -Track them -Block their IP address -Knock on their door -Call the authorities (that is the victimâ??s responsibility) -Charge them money via any method What you can do to help protect yourself from a swaplifter -New swappers should swap with veteran member to help build up your feedback and get the hang of how swapping works -Never ship first to someone with fewer positive swaps than you When a swaplifter returns we have no way of knowing. We rely on the rehash community to report any suspicious users to us. We then have Orlando check into it with his magic computer. Below are a list of the site Admins + Names. Feel free to email any one of us if you have been swaplifted, have a problem, or even a question!
