Make sure you flag her (Kayle), then contact rehash requesting her information to take to your local authorities. If you take her information to your local authorities they will do an investigation on her to get her information and what her local police department is then when you file they will send it to her local police department it will be considered Postal robbery and Mail fraud if you have received a bogus DC# make sure you include that becuase this is a federal offense. People can not be scared of her she is also under 18 so i was told this will also involved her parents and federal offenses are not taken lightly. :-O

What I don’t understand is why on earth people are still trading with her???? She obviously has a horrible karma rating, and numerous complaints throughout the messageboards, and she even has an entire group devoted to being swaplifted by her.

The only way to stop someone from compulsively swaplifting is by not offering any trades with her.

I think it’s because people want her stuff and don’t really care that she is of low moral standards as long as they get what they want.

I was fully warned but she send part of 1 of our trades first so i figured she was trying to do the right thing and i guess i was trying to give her a chance. Hey I have traded with a few others on here that have a lot of karma gave me the whole B*llshit speech that i had less karma so i had to ship first well almost 2 months later i am receiving theirs so its really hard to judge by karma… I have contacted my local authorities and she has until this week if i dont receive all my items in good and working condition i will file and she is aware of that. The reason why the admins cant do anything is because she put a BOGUS email down to register well thats not true they can block her IP address. Everyone needs to stop trading with her, also stop watching all her items, leave bad karma and flag her that is the only way to get rid of her. Sad thing is she has no respect for her parents she sent me an email saying it was her mom and said she was sending my items for kayla then a day later i got a bogus DC# thats when i received the responce it went to a different Christina and that her moms close friend died (God i hope she didnt make that up), well long story short because she is under 18 the complaint will go against her parents as well because you are not able to get a PO Box if you are under 18, does everyone know that? There have been a series of “events” that have happened why kayla can’t ship:

1. A snowstorm 2. her sister was in a car accident 3. her mom’s friend died 4. she broke her arm 5. her mom was supposed to ship it but didn’t (this one is really common) 6. her mom won’t allow her to trade

but they aren’t going to get what they want from her—she either won’t send it, it will be fake, it’ll smell like smoke, or it will just be crappy in general. good luck to all the people that risk trading with her. Because she has good technique – swaplift people; then when her reputation is going down she sends out just enough packages to rack up good karma to make it look like she “is trying to make things right”. Rinse and repeat.
