Wow, I’m so disappointed in her. I had a sketchy feeling when we made our trade that she might not come through, but she eventually did, and I had hoped she would for you gals as well. As for filing mail fraud, I bet Christina could point you in the right direction.

I sent Cee some stuff in May and after all the excuses, she stopped responding around mid-June. Then I started contacting her friend Lily (they’re friends in real life) because I had a good trade with her around that same time and then SHE started making excuses for Cee. Turns out they’re both swaplifters, which sucks. I filed mail fraud on Cee some time last month. I no longer have a copy of her address, so I’m sorry.

I e-mailed her about a week ago telling her to finish her trades before mail fraud was filed against her. I’m assuming she got scared and deleted her profile.
