Has anyone ever had issues with shipping stuff that the person who was sent the item had to pay some sort of fee? I just had an instance where that happened and now I am kinda freaked out. :( I send everyone the same stuff in the same packaging and the person got the lightest of my entire group of packaging. (The heaviest was a pair of beige pants and I am pretty sure she got them). Anyone know whats up with this?
