Does anyone else have an outstanding trade with her? I shipped to her a month ago and haven’t heard from her since. I have her phone number and her name is actually spelled Jaclyn. I’m going to call her to let her know that I will file charges if she doesn’t ship to me.

I sent her my vintage yellow polka dot top and $4 via PayPal for a handmade necklace and ring from her, she she hasn’t been online in 25 days and she hasn’t responded to (or even read) the email I sent her recently (2 weeks ago) about our trade. I shipped to her first even though I’ve got more karma (I know, I’m an idiot!!!) because I was about to leave on vaca, and had asked her to wait just a couple of days to ship my end because I didn’t want it to arrive while I was away, but I was only gone for a week (last month) and it still isn’t here (and probably isn’t on it’s way either)! The birthday presents I ordered from California on the 16th have arrived, so it’s not a USPS issue.

Whatever your reasoning is for not shipping Jackie, not cool, even worse is that you have haulted communications. I have no job and had to ship my end to you with borrowed money, so I hope you feel wicked cool in it every chance you get to wear it.

you can file a request for returned funds with paypal to at least get your money back. They have to have proof they mailed to you, if they can not provide this paypal will refund your money back to you. Hope that helps a little.

I did the same thing. I shipped to her first. We actually made two swap offers about the same time (I forget why). I shipped the items from the first trade first, because I was also going on vacation and I didnâ??t want to forget. She promised to send her items from both trades at the same time and then I would send all of my items from the second trade. I got this message â??about a month agoâ? (according to Rehash) and I havenâ??t heard from her since. â??just letting you know Iâ??m shipping everything from our two trades out on monday :]

I just sent her a message as well, though I’m sure I’ll get the same lame excuse you have, though it’s funny that she said she let her cousin use her rehash and yet the paypal used is linked to her email address and facebook, so she had to be the one to receive your money.

I’m out of town helping a friend who fell and broke her arms (yes, plural, both of them) but I just got off the phone with my spouse and he told me that a package arrived this morning from a Jaclyn Mendoza from Modesto. I had him open it and sure enough, she finally sent her end of our trade!

Now, I’m kinda torn. I totally feel she deserves bad karma based on our communications (or lack there of) but she did finally send what she was supposed to (I’m not sure the condition, but I’m sure Pat would have mentioned if anything were broken or what not). I think I’m going to give her bad karma and explain why in my comment. I don’t think it’s fair to give her good karma just because she did EVENTUALLY send what she owed me, because I had to threaten her with going to her family and the police about it. Mac – What’s the deal on your end with her? I hope it works out for you if it hasn’t yet. Amo – I didn’t forget you, I’m sorry, I’ll send the pics as soon as I get back to my computer.
