I checked… link works! Ewwww, it told me that my $1350 per month in rent for a one bedroom is reasonable! Gross! Yuck. I thought it would say that’s too high. LOL! I do live across from the beach though. I guess you need to factor that in. TURLOCK, CA |

I tried it and It’s mine’s a good deal too. But I’m not so sure that there are a 1,000 rentals in a 6.5 mi radius from me. Jefferson, Georgia |

I think if it asked square feet rather than bedrooms it might be a little more accurate? |
