Hi Katie, It still hasn’t been fixed, I sent Orlando a message but it doesn’t look like he’s opened it yet. This has become a problem as another trader is now insisting on me shipping first when I’ve been on the site longer and would have better karma, please help!

I replied to your message. I’m unsure as to wether or not Orlando has been on the site in awhile, but I’ll keep you as updated as I can.

As far as another trader requiring you to ship first even though you have more karma, please refer that trader to me so I can kindly remind them that shipping is not based on percentage of karma.
