I donâ??t know if it is my computer or the site. The past few times I have tried to drag an item into the swap box it will not do it. It shows me a little circle with a line through it. I canâ??t figure it out. Hence I canâ??t make offers. HELP ME!

If you have a scroll thing on your mouse to scroll up and down with, click down on it and drag with it. I was having difficulties dragging and dropping to make an offer, then I used the scroller to do it and it worked perfectly! Weird, but works for me.

It has did that twice for me ans I updated my version of java and that worked both times.
