I can’t view details in my trades section. I need the persons address to create a shipping label and I can’t seem to view the persons address. Help, Thanks Bakersfield, CA |

You’re probably using IE. This is actually a browser issue. I’ thinking it’s something with the caching data, so whenever something like this happens just do a CTRL+F5 to reload the page while clearing the cache info. It should fix the problem whenever you encounter it. Miami, FL |

Great thanks! I was using Firefox but I encountered some virus ( or something of that sort) and reformatted the PC. I guess I’ll download Firefox again. Bakersfield, CA |
