GoldHub exists because there was no single place to find the live gold price, work out what your specific item is worth, and see who near you will buy it — without one of those three answers being an advertisement.
What this site does Three things, and it tries to do them properly rather than doing twenty things badly:
The live price. Spot XAU/USD, refreshed continuously, with its own price history and charts — not a number copied from a futures quote and left to go stale. Calculators that answer the real question. “How much is my 14K chain worth?” is a different question from “what is gold trading at?”, and it deserves a tool rather than a paragraph. A buyer directory with the number that matters. Names and addresses are easy and every directory has them. What people actually want to know is what percentage of the metal’s value a given buyer will hand over — so that is what we are measuring and publishing, with dates. gold price today usa
