I have a very girly skinny 5 yr old wears slim size 5 sometimes 6. Clothing like dresses, skirts, pretty shirts, play jewelry or hair accessories. Shoe size 10 but 11 ok too she can grow into them! Toys or books like Pinkalicious, Monster High, Pig & Elephant, books by author David Shannon, Disney princesses etc etc
My little boy is nearly 21 months skinny in 18M. I'm looking for some shoes for him size 5.
