The Bag Frame Tote was designed around the paper yard waste bag. Windy days will be a problem of the past with this leaf bag holder. The Tote holds the Paper Bag upright for easy filling. This bag is easily removed by just relieving the Velcro straps. After removing bag, you re-engage the Velcro straps and are ready for a new bag.
