This is an awesome skirt, I have no idea why I never wear it. But I don't, and it deserves to go to someone who will take it out more often. Tank knit sweater skirt, it's flared slightly, and the waistband and shape are knitted into it - it's not cut and sewn anywhere so it will last a very long time. Really great fall piece, it's just above knee length. Made by Banana Republic, size M. Could probably fit a large as well.
