This is a thrifted dress. It's not new, but in very good condition. It has two straps on the side to tie in the back. *Only thing is I cut the sleeves off so the sleeves are a little frayed. I cut them at the hem so it's not going to come undone on you, it just looks a little grungy if you're into that look.* It's a size large, but its perfect for that oversized look if you're a smaller size.

My sister also gave me this cardigan and I wore it a few times. I don't wear it anymore so no use in really keeping it. No notable wear or damage. The color is a rusty brownish.
