This is a peacock pattern dress, "jet set" brand size small. They have elastic that cinches above the hips. Adjustable straps. This dress is double layered, the first layer with the pattern is very thin and see through, the second layer is a thicker black material. I put this as good because the strap broke once and I sewed it back together.
