it is a white top with black flower stitching around it. belt does not come with it, but it does have loops for a belt. puffy sleeves. I have worn this several times and there is a good amount of piling on it, but it is still a "good" shirt in my opinion. I would say fits a s/m/l depending on how you like it to fit. tag says small though.

I have only wore these a few times. the color hasn't faded at all. The reason I put good and not excellent is because there is some wear on the pockets but not very bad and there are a few places where maybe they got stuck on something sharp but its barely noticeable as you can see i the pictures.
