After a lifetime of paying too much for clothing and latest styles, I discovered consignment shops after retiring to Florida. They have been a lifesaver as I have knocked off some weight and dropped a size or two depending on recent social life and other things. I am back down to a size 6 and sometimes a four (and sometimes just an 8P) but hate to think about paying big bucks for clothing anymore. I have some very nice clothing in size 8 and a few size 6 that I feel I might be a little too mature for.
