Hi everyone!! I’m looking for feedback regarding the admins and how we can better help you!

What are some things you think we should address?? How can we better help you? Are there particular situations you think we could have handled better? Anything we may have missed?

This is an open (constructive) forum for any suggestions. I know that I, personally, am always open to constructive criticism, and I’m certain that both Gladiz and Paris are always open to suggestion as to how we can make Rehashclothes.com a fun, safe way to swap!

So please, let us know how we can make your trading experience that much better :0) Please feel free to say whatever you would like. This is a learning experience for all of us!

I just had an idea! It can be kind of annoying when looking through someone’s rehashes, and they have tons of them and you get closer to the end and click on it to look at it. And then you have to search all the way again through all of their rehashes to get towards the end once again. I think it would be a lot nicer/easier if it we could view rehashes maybe not in a line like we do and have to scroll back again to find something. Maybe like a grid of pictures in columns or something. Kind of like that option on ebay where instead of a list, it’s a grid. Just an idea, if that makes sense! :)

We tried that a while ago, I’m sure the forum posts are still up and Orlando was not ok with us deleting profiles. I don’t know if his mind has changed but we have tried that.

Orlando hasn’t update anything about that. As far as I know, he still doesn’t want us to start deleting people or old rehashes.

I prefer users not be removed unless they’re violating the terms of services. As far as items themselves, it doesn’t matter to me.

I wanted to bring this topic back, and to update, the rehashes from people who have nt been on in over a year or more are being deleted. There is a thread where you may post links to profiles and Either Katie or myself will delete the rehashes.
