I know some of you are from Miami, I’m looking to relocate there from Coral Springs—North West Broward… but I have no clue about Miami other than south beach..

Can i get a few ideas on where I should be looking to live? P.S. I dont feel like getting shot or robbed…

In order of most expensive to least: Gables, South Miami, Kendall, Westchester, West Miami. If you’re feeling crazy you could always try Sweetwater or Hialeah.

Kendall is far from teh wurkplace though. Imagine, Fern and I drive 43 miles and we’re a good 10-15 miles north of Kendall.

You can try Miami Lakes. I’d say stick to the west so you can take the turnpike.

true, i gotta go apartment hunting… im gonna check out a highrise on sunny isles beach, but other than that, i heard gables and aventura is nice, i dont really want to go too west… but i kinda have a limit on how much i want to pay too…

If you have yet to get a place you should try Miami shores. That is central, it is a nice area if you stay eastbound and a TON is for rent if you aren’t buying.

North Miami is great and is central to nightlife in both Dade & Broward Cty.

I would definitely negotiate rent. So many places that renters are absolutely willing to negotiate.
