As many of you know, I am a Rehash Addict. I don’t just enjoy the trading, I am a fan of the website and everything it represents. I spend spare moments at work QAing website navigation and brainstorming marketing strategies. When I get a compliment on my shoes/skirt/shirt/dress, I tell people, “It’s from Rehash!” and then proceed to tell them all about this awesome website. So, it was no surprise when an informal trade group started up at my workplace. Since we’re all located on the same 100-acre campus, it was easy to just offer stuff up and trade on the spot (yes, some bidding wars were fought in our cafeteria!). So far, nothing monumental has happened… until today. Today, I landed the BEST trade of my almost 4 months on Rehash. Today, I got my first Dooney & Burke purse. It is the Signature Crossroads Barrel bag in French Blue. It was an impulse buy by a co-worker and it still has the tags inside. No, I didn’t ask why she didn’t just return it… I just stepped up and put on my best barter face and got myself that bag. She cleaned me out of almost everything under my desk, but I have a gorgeous new purse on my arm… Thank you, Rehash! I love you!

I agree with Audrey, lol! Also, where’s the pic darn it?! I wish people I know in real life would be more open to swapping, reusing, thrifting, etc. Kind of sucks :(

Ah, true. There are TONS of people I KNOW have a huge closet of stuff they don’t use that is perfectly fine, but doing anything but throwing it away is “so below them.” ......Snobs. I should just go steal their clothes and rehash them.
