I was on another swapping site today reading the forums section about swaplifters. Guess what I read? I read about some swaplifter named Laura from UK! I believe it is the same person who swaplifted people on here. Her name is Laura Pritchard and her email is [email protected] She goes by many names on different swap sites. laura 1988 ,little minx and lee4jo,lee0069, blondechic, who knows what else. What I find out is that she has swaplifted from a whole lot of people from websites such as bigwardrobe.com, whatsmineisyours.com, swapstyle.com etc.. This is funny because on her swapstyle profile she writes, ” please don’t swaplift me as I wouldn’t dream of it. Don’t let her get away with it! If you know anyone in the UK.. report her to the police! This is her address posted on Swapstyle. Laura Pritchard 235 Clements road Ramsgate Kent CT12 6UD UK I just checked her profile on here and the Laura on here is from Ramsgate as well! So I believe it’s the same person!

That’s quite a coincidence because I was also looking at the same site (swap style) that someone mentioned to me yesterday. I saw part of that thread and yes, it has to be the same person! “Holy crap” (okay, I didn’t say crap) was basically my reaction! Looks like she is making the rounds on all the swap sites, seeing how much she can get for free.

Wow. She probably has an entire new wardrobe. =(

That girl is in deep now! I read on another swap site that she may be mentally ill. Supposedly, before she was arrested, a few people eventually got what they traded for or their items back by contacting her mother. If she truly is mentally ill, she was most likely not going to stop doing this voluntarily.

I looked at swap style out of pure curiosity. Don’t worry, Orlando…I haven’t signed up. I think Rehash is better anyway. Feel better now? ;) ha ha! I actually didn’t even know about those other sites until a day or two ago…I swear.

I used to be much more clever with my sarcasm, but me brain is dying (I also used to be a lot more articulate, believe it or not). Rebecca, I don’t think I’ve ever unleased my sarcasm on an officer, at least not anywhere near it’s full potential. I’m usually pretty shy, but my sarcasm almost got me in trouble a couple of times in high school. Some people just don’t get it.

Yeah, I’m having an email exchange with the whatsmineisyours.com mod. If what I’m hearing about her mental state is true, I may rein in the legal dogs. I may like playing “police” but there are special exceptions.

Jenny, I wasn’t necessarily trying to persuade you not to take legal action on her. I just thought I’d throw that little tidbit in. It may or may not be true that she is mentally ill. It could also just be bull and she really is just a @#%*& stealing everyone’s items. It’s totally up to you and anyone else that may have gotten ripped off by her to decide how you want to proceed.

Orlando, that’s always another possibility. Who knows. Even though I’ve looked at a couple of the threads/posts over on other sites, I haven’t done nearly as much investigating as some others have.

That would be so interesting. On the whatsmine site, it said she was arrested for stealing a small amount. In order to nail her with everything, there’s going to be a good amount of collecting – all of the sites she’s registered on under all of the screen names as well as what she stole from each user.
