Hi Everyone!  I am so excited to start swapping again.  I am trying to learn the new site and noticed that I have a TON of old items that are no longer in existance.  Does anyone know how to delete multiple items at once.  I have only figured out how to do 1 at a time which is really a pain.  Also, I never saw a button to delete prior messages / conversations.  I just like to clean things up but not finding it very easy.  Any help would be great.  Lenna

Mass-delete and mass-mark as viewed is available for messages now. Mass-delete Rehashes possibly later today or tomorrow at the latest.

Got it done faster than I thought. Go to your Rehash section (Home -> Rehashes, or use the dropdown on the top right) and it behaves similar to messages where you can check many and bulk delete.

As for watching, I guess I can reconsider.

Or even a “Like” feature? Oh, and by the by great job the site looks fantastic! I didn’t think it would look this great, clean and easy to navigate. Also great job on removing all of the bogus profiles that had to have taken a massive amount of time. I love the format of the new pics so easy to see and the the new option of trading should work out great, you can offer a trade but, from what I see so far the item doesn’t disappear from the other persons listed items.

Is there a way to make notifications different? I’m all of a sudden getting like 30 email notifications at once  alerting me that I have a new message. But that message would be from over a year ago.

That was a huuuuuge oversight on my part, I just fixed it. [Geek explanation incoming] I had email events occurring whenever a message object was updated, rather than created, so whenever someone was deleting a message it technically updates it and therefore sends out an email. I received about 220 emails, which is annoying because it’s 220 emails, and because that’s 220 of my messages people didn’t care to see anymore :..(

Just a note about mass deleting messages, not sure if others are experiencing this. For me, only Page 1 of my rehashes appears in the format that allows mass deletion. When I click to page 2, it goes to the format with the larger pictures. When I click “show published” it goes back to the format where you can mass delete, but still goes back to page 1. I ended up having to delete one by one, once I got past page 1.

I would also love some sort of “watch” or “like” feature – anything that allows us to bookmark something to come back to later, something to indicate “not quite ready to request a trade, but would like to remember this item.”

Can you send me a private message telling me what email address you’re attempting to save it to? I’m having trouble reproducing the problem and want to try with the exact email to see if maybe it’s parsing that particular one incorrectly.
