How many pairs of shoes do you own? My husband says I have alot, but I don’t think I do. I currently have 27 pairs in circulation- those that I can wear, though it may be only for special occasions (like some fancy butt Yves I now own). So, ladies… how many pairs of shoes do YOU own?

And just for reference, my best friend has a shoe room, and I believe her last count was over 250 pairs.

27 pairs of shoes isn’t much. Wow your friend has a shoe room just for shoes! Oh my! 250 shoes is a lot! I have 3 pairs of sneakers, 1 pair of boots, 4 pairs of flats, 3 pairs of heels, and many pairs of sandals aka flip flops. Thats only 11 pairs of shoes not including my flipflops/sandals! I tend to wear my shoes until they wear out.

hm. i’d say maybe around 20. mostly formal type shoes. I, too, wear my shoes til they wear out. Like my almost worn down flats that are black and white checkered like the racing flag. (that i bought for $4) :(

Including every single pair of flip flops (which I only wear when coming home from pedicures), dressy formal shoes (that only see the light of day like once a year), business-appropriate shoes (that only come out when I have to attend a conference), hiking boots, cowboy boots, running sneakers, etc., my total is around 80 pairs. Realistically, I have 8 – 10 pairs in rotation, currently. The guy who came out to give me an estimate on closet organizer solutions said that the average for most women is 100 pairs. Yeah, he made me feel a lot better!

11 for a guy is pretty good. See, I never understood the general male mentality. I LOVE when a guy has style. Give him plenty of clothes, some shoes to go with it all, and teach him HOW TO WEAR COLOGNE! And hair… good god, let them have great hair.

My husband is bald (by choice), and he doesn’t wear cologne, but he has the rest down pat. Man, he’s f’n sexy as hell! I love when we go out and he gets “cleaned up”. Men should know that we place enough importance on our fashion, of COURSE we look at yours too!

So, if you include flip-flops as real shoes, I own 9 pairs of shoes. Wow. Orlando has 11 pairs of shoes? My boyfriend has two. Dress shoes that he NEVER wears and a pair of Converse that he ALWAYS wears.

I am sooooo bad, probably 50-60. But I have my summer shoes, my winter shoes, dress shoes, tennis. They all serve a purpose. Just can’t seem to part with some (i just might wear them some day) I guess the ones with dust on them should probably be rehashed. Anyone need 8.5???

I’m up to 36 as of yesterday. However, I have a few pairs that I just can’t wear. It’s the weirdest thing, but I think my feet have shrunk a bit. I can’t fit into an 8 anymore, they kinda flip flop on me. I know I should rehash them, but then my numbers would be depleted :(

I have one pair of flats, one pair of weekend skatershoes aka last years shoes that dont look good enough to wear to school one new pair of roxy school skater shoes and one pair of winter boots that im going to have to start wearing because it snowed today:( so I guess that would be 4 pairs I normaly wear my shoes until there realy realy worn out like im talking holes in the soles lol no but sercicely I do realy wear out my shoes oh and if anyone has any shoes size 61/2 – 7 please let me know im always looking for cute shoes;)
