OK, I have a dilemma for you all. I recently traded with a new rehasher who will remain anonymous. She had less karma than I did so she sent first, and when her package came the item wasn’t like she said it was. She was advertising a shirt that was a medium, but fit like an extra small. Since I usually wear an extra small in that brand, I offered a trade. It turns out the shirt was a CHILD’S medium that barely fits my 7 year old niece. I told her I didn’t think it was a fair trade, since this shirt obviously wasn’t made to fit adults. She got really nervous and begged me to not leave negative feedback, saying that I didn’t have to do anything else with the trade. I offered her a few things that I thought would be a more equal trade since I wanted to be fair, and now she wants the shirt back. I want to be fair to this girl, but I also want to protect the integrity of this site. What would you do if you were in my situation? |

I would return the shirt, providing she either send you something equal in value of what you are sending her AND the additional postage, or return it with her paying shipping. Because she’s new, give her the benefit of the doubt, but let her know that she needs to properly represent items here. Allow her to learn from this mistake Land O Lakes, FL |

Thanks for the advice Ambyr. We worked it out, but it made me realize that this sight can be dangerous for nice people like me that tend to be pushovers and may end up getting taken advantage of. This site is definitely teaching me to be more assertive and stand up for myself! |

”...grow chest hair.” Hmmm. I don’t think the new tag line is gonna increase membership. But you never know… Lomita (near Los Angeles), CA |
