So I’m a bit upset. I recently did a trade with a girl by the name of Faith. She misrepresented her jeans in her rehash ad. Since she was new and had no karma, she shipped first. I got the jeans, but they were not in excellent condition as she stated. She said there were frays, but overall were in “excellent” condition. Frays to me means on the bottoms of the legs, not a big hole in the butt and one just starting in the knee. I could never wear these to work! I told her immediately about it when I got it in the mail. She said she was sorry and that she should’ve checked her items better before putting up her description. She offered me another item in return to make up for it, so I told her that I needed jeans with no holes in them. She happened to have another pair in her list that may have fit, similar style, etc. Well she refused to do that trade and told me to leave her bad karma if I wanted. I told her I would not be shipping out my brand new item to her since she misrepresented her item and refused to make up for it. I was left with holey jeans that I can’t wear. I was willing to ship her jeans back to her, at her expense, and call it a day. She also refused that option. I would’ve gladly left her good karma if she had fixed the issue and would definitely make things right if I were in her shoes.

Well low and behold, after I leave her karma, she retaliates against me for that and left me bad karma! I’m so upset. All my trades have been great so far on rehash, except for this one bad apple. Is there any way that this bad karma can be removed for retaliation? I just don’t think it was fair considering how this went down. I did nothing to deserve the bad karma and am in shock that she had the nerve to do that considering it was her mistake for misrepresentation, not mine.

Any suggestions/comments would be greatly appreciated!

That sucks! One thing I suggest you do as on Swapstyle someone gave me retalitory feedback that was undeserving. I just post a response to the feedback if possible or in your bio or sign post to let everyone know what went down and that the feedback was uncalled for. Most rehasher’s look at all info and make judgement’s from that, I know I do. Besides her comment in your karma does not make you sound as if you swaplift. That is many peoples concerns. I actually did leave a comment on her profile as well. I don’t think you can delete a comment once it’s posted. Yeah, we mutually agreed to not ship out her item. I just think it’s really unfair for her to retaliate like she did. It sounds like there’s nothing that can be done about getting it removed, which is really crappy. It sort of ruined my good vibe of this place from one bad person.

I do want everyone to know what she did because it will most likely happen to someone else. It looks like she has made some trades on here, but I was the first to give her karma, so we’ll see if she has the same issue with others.
