Does anyone here make their own clothes? My girlfriends and I like to go to good will and find tattered clothing we turn into something more wearable. I was just wondering if there are others on this site that like to do the same thing. I read in the about page that this site started off as being a place for that kind of thing. San Diego, CA |

There will be something about making and redesigning clothes from rehashed items in the very near future. I asked this question a few days ago but didn’t really get any responses. Let’s bump your post up and see if anyone replies, Rehash also wants to know the answers. San Francisco, CA |

I do, and I love it. Craftster has amazing people who post amazing things. Currently, I’m doing a 63 dress, top & skirt reconstruction project, and I can’t tell just you how great it is! Interlachen, Florida |

Elizabeth – there are tons of ways to reconstruct things with little or no sewing. Google it. I also highly recommend the Generation T book, as it has many projects that will send you on a mad hunt for more shirts to chop into pieces. =D Interlachen, Florida |

Oh no, here he goes again. See how he just loves to get in the middle of things, Anya? And this had nothing to do with him!! Aaaanyway, back to topic. So with the above stated, would that be something folks would be interested in? A how-to/go-to guide of sorts where rehashers can share tips and tricks of the trade? Kind of like a pimp my rehash section? San Francisco, CA |

Haha, sounds great. I think it should contain before and after pictures, with a tutorial. Or are you just going to a showcase? Interlachen, Florida |
