No hun, this wasn’t directed toward anyone specifically, and I’m sorry if I offended you :( I’m mainly directing it to the newer rehashers on here who are being snotty…or the people who are watching my items but refuse to trade their items for them…I just don’t understand it I guess…

Hey now, newbies have to learn the ropes too. I was guilty of this at first. Then I got caught up in the wonders of trading. =)

I agree with Elle; everyone has to learn somewhere and its would be nice if people could explain to others who dont know but NO that a is not happening… I have been swapping for some years and I may be new here but come on i think its PRETTY RUDE to point out to NEW Rehashers I can give at least 12 names of OLD Rehashers that are RUDE….

I find it insulting when the ad says “don’t watch”. I realize you only want swap or money offers, but sometimes I “watch” items just to remind myself to take a gander at the item again later when I have more time. maybe I just don’t like to be told what to do. :-P :rainbow:

I totally agree with Deborah, and on another note… I hate when people say that the item doesn’t have to go that they will be very picky about it. Just my thoughts that if you don’t want it to go don’t put it up ;)

I think it’s reverse psychology – lets ALL watch! haha.

I say don’t watch because I hate the watch feature. I wish I could deactivate it for my account. I think it should only be used when you are trying to work out a swap. This is obviously my opinion and I don’t expect everyone to agree.

i have some of those “it doesn’t have to go” items. basically, they are things / clothing that i would definitely continue to wear or use if i had them in my closet, BUT if someone offers me something really super cute that i really want or have been watching, i would be willing to part with the item to get the new one i really want. on the other hand, if someone offered me a bunch of junk or something i’m not really that interested in, i would not be willing to trade that item away; i would rather keep it.

I’m definitely in the Trade Only Camp. That’s what makes Rehash unique and NOT Ebay, consignment stores, etc. Just sayin’!
