I set up a trade with Amanda. On her end, the system says it’s waiting on me to approve it. I did not get the request (we had set up what we wanted to trade in emails), so therefore it hasn’t officially gone through. I don’t see evidence of it in any of my folders (“accepted,” “not yet accepted,” or “offers made”).

I suggested she cancel the trade on her end and we can just form a new trade transaction containing the same items, but she is getting an error. The items DO show having been traded though, so I am at a loss. What can we do?

My trade with Ashley has also disappeared from “My Trades”.

Hi Kate, I just checked and it looks like everything’s fine. It should be showing up in the accepted offers section without a hitch. Based on the stage of the trade, it should be the only one on your list with the red text and green link, plus the little red X.
In fact, I’m looking at it right now. Currently the 6th trade from the top on your list.

Rachel’s, on the other hand, you’re right about. That actually makes me suspect it being something sneaky with the folders. I think, based on the way we (I, sorry) put them together if one person puts a trade in their folder it disappears for the other person, since in the database both people are sharing one trade entry.
Good eye :-). I’ll have this fixed in a few minutes.

It may not have been that you missed it, instead it could be that the other trader had the item in a folder. We just found (and fixed) a glitch in the folders that hid a trade from User B if User A placed a trade in a folder. This wasn’t affecting messages, just trades.
It should all be OK now, so your trade with Rachel should be back in place.
