I’ll preface this by saying that this site has so much potential and could be incredibly useful. I’m a usability practitioner by trade and just started to dig deep into this site today. I find it extremely confusing and difficult to use… I don’t even know where to begin with my suggestions. I had a lot of trouble posting items to rehash and I still don’t understand exactly how the trading on here works.

You guys should definitely get some usability input to improve things – your users will be so much more productive and your community will grow.
