Your fault for making this forum. =D I can see which people are watching which of my rehashes, but I can’t see which of whose rehashes I’m watching. It would be great if the “My Watch” page was set up more like the “They’re Watching” page. Although, perhaps more consolidated, on both – to where if I’m watching more than one of a single persons items (or vise versa), they will all be by just his/her one photo.

It would also be very grand to be able to change the “what I’m looking for in return” on ALL rehashes at once. So say once upon a time, I put “blouses” on 10 rehashes, but now I have plenty. I could update this (maybe from my edit page?) to stay current with what I’m in need of.

I’ll look into the watch thing. As far as “what I’m looking for”, we have plans for that. Essentially we would like to be able to allow people to attach a wish list there. This means that if you make a wish list called “Awesome Kenny G shirts” with a bunch of relatively awesome Kenny G shirts you can attach the list to your ad for others to see. You’ll be able to edit the list that’s shown. You’ll also be able to edit specific items in the list that will obviously be reflected on all the Rehashes you’ve got up with that list attached.
The list themselves are already completed on our dev server, we’ve just been backed up with other stuff and working on ideas of what else can be done with them before we set them loose.

Actually, I was thinking about the “Others Watchlist”, and it would be really cool to select one of two ways to view it. The first would be like the watch page is right now, and the second would have a picture of your item (instead of the person), and a menu/display where you can see all who is watching it. Basically, like a reverse of the other.

Yeahhh…. Here’s another suggestion, instead of starting a new thread. A system of debt. I don’t have much Henley wants, but she has tons I do. So she could send me something, and I would be in debt to her until I put something up she likes. This debt can only be paid through her, rather than in the “delayed gratification” thread. I think if you weren’t allowed to have more than one debt to a person, and perhaps not more than two or three total, this could work out. One of the concerns is that people would take advantage of it, and you wasted your shipping, but that is a risk of any trade online. What do you think?

It’s unlikely we would do that. It adds even more potential for abuse to the site and even in the event of a user being completely truthful in their endeavors there’s the possibility that someone in debt will never have something the other wants which would leave them in the hole.

Good point. Here’s another suggestion – make the personal tags scrollable. I have mine hidden because it takes up so much darn space on my page. Also, when making a trade with someone, have the items each of you are watching closest to the offer box. So it would be (from top to bottom) their stuff, stuff of theirs you’re watching, offer box, stuff of yours they’re watching, your stuff.
